Wonderful birthday dinner — delicious food, warm atmosphere, and fantastic with kids! We visited Giovanni’s in Cardiff Bay for a birthday dinner with a friend and our toddlers, and had such a lovely experience. The food was excellent — fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the whole atmosphere was relaxed and family-friendly, which made dining with young children so much easier. The highlight of the night was when the waiter brought out a profiterole dessert with a birthday candle — completely free of charge — and played the Happy Birthday song over the speakers while both the staff and other diners sang along! It was such a joyful and thoughtful surprise that made the evening feel really special. Service was warm and attentive from start to finish. We’ll definitely be returning — it’s a brilliant spot for both celebrations and casual meals. Thank you to the team at Giovanni’s for a truly memorable night!

Hi all. Me and my wife enjoyed a wonderful meal at Cardiff bay restaurant on Saturday 15th nov. I woul like to say it was a brilliant and relaxing atmosphere with amazing staff who were delivering excellent service in a professional manner.
